Inspire the Next Generation.
Join us as an Instructor.
The Why
At SDC, our participants deserve spaces where they can feel safe, confident, and celebrated. As an instructor at SDC, you help create those spaces. Beyond teaching, you’re helping kids grow through laughter, creativity, and connection. It’s meaningful, it’s rewarding, and yes - it’s a whole lot of fun.
The What
At SDC, programs are grouped into five categories: Art & Culture, Dance & Rhythm, STEM, Sports, and Seasonal Camps. As an instructor, you might build a creative art project, lead a dance class, run a STEM activity, or coach a sports session - depending on your expertise and interests.
You’ll have the opportunity to build curriculum, lead hands-on classes, and create a warm, inclusive space where every participant can thrive. You’ll also collaborate with volunteers and coordinators to make sure each session runs smoothly.
